Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NexyGames (the “Service”), operated by Nexysys FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NexyGames is a portal of free, browser-based games. Most features are available without an account. An optional, anonymous device-based account stores your progress, virtual coins, and preferences. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.

2. Virtual coins & items

The Service offers virtual “coins” and cosmetic items. Coins and items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the Service. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not redeemable outside the Service except where required by law. We may adjust, expire, or discontinue virtual items, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

3. Purchases & subscriptions

You may purchase coin packs or an ad-free subscription. Web purchases are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes; in-app purchases are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple). Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment provider’s policy and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the Service, exploiting bugs to obtain coins or rewards, reverse-engineering except as permitted by law, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its games, software, and content are owned by Nexysys FZ-LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law,Nexysys FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or comply with law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law & contact
