Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nexysys FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use NexyGames (the “Service”). We aim to collect as little as possible — the Service works without you signing up or giving us your name or email.

1. Information we collect

Anonymous account key: a random identifier stored in your browser to hold your coins, items, and preferences. It is not linked to your real identity unless you choose to sign in with a third-party login.
Gameplay & usage: which games are opened, scores submitted to leaderboards, daily-reward and challenge progress, and aggregate analytics (e.g. approximate country, derived from your IP but not stored as your full IP for analytics).
Purchases: when you buy coins or a subscription, our payment provider (Paddle) or the app store processes your payment. We receive a purchase record (product, transaction id, status) to grant your items; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Notifications: if you opt in to reminders, we store your browser’s push subscription token to send them. You can turn this off at any time in your browser settings.

2. How we use information

To provide and maintain the Service (your wallet, entitlements, progress, leaderboards).
To process purchases and grant coins or subscriptions.
To send notifications you have opted into.
To understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use local storage and similar technologies to remember your account key, language, and preferences. These are essential to how the Service works. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the web portal to track you across other sites.

4. Third parties

We share the minimum necessary with: Paddle (web payments & tax), Google Play / Apple (in-app purchases), Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), and your browser’s push service if you enable notifications. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We keep account, wallet, and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Aggregate analytics are retained in de-identified form.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Because accounts are anonymous by default, please contact us with your account identifier so we can locate your data. Email nexyfab@nexysys.com.

7. Children

The Service is intended for a general audience. If a game or feature is directed at children, we limit data collection accordingly and do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

We operate globally and may process data in countries other than yours, including through the providers named above. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.
